Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 6 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, stemmed, cored and finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  • Stir before serving with tortilla chips.
