  • seeds from 1 large pomegranate
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups spinach (loosely packed)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seed (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
